Movies are the epitome of social life by condensing social states.Therefore,different social backgrounds will give birth to different ideas and different styles of movies.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the CPC central committee has introduced a variety of systems and measures to punish and predict corruption.The characterization and image expression play an extremely important role in the narrative story,the expression of the theme,the characterization of the characters and the atmosphere of the film,which directly relates to the overall presentation effect and the social significance of the film.Based on the background of anti-corruption,Special Interrogation tells the story of Zheng Zhi,director of the Nanhe sub-district office,who tried to resist the censorship and get away with it by conducting a mock interrogation with his wife at home before he was censored.Focusing on characterization,this paper mainly discusses the characterization and image expression of the feature film Special Interrogation from the narrative perspective,character psychology,camera language and other aspects.
