Characterization And Narrative Construction Of Anti-corruption Dramas

Anti-corruption drama as a reality TV series,demonstrate the corruption in reality with an artistic way.and construct an ideal legal and political ecology to meet the national ideological propaganda needs and cultural needs of the community,with invaluable artistic value and research value.Based on the modern narrative theory,this paper attempts to explore how the anti-corruption drama build an ideal legal and political ecology,by taking two excellent anti-corruption dramas,The People's Prosecutors and In The Name Of The People in recent years as the main object of analysis.The introduction part is mainly about data collection of the development process of the Chinese anti-corruption drama,and clarifying the reasons for its emergence,prosperity,decline and resurgence,and concludes the creative mode and some problems of early anti-corruption drama.The main part of the thesis is divided into three parts.The first part mainly talks about the characterization of the characters of the anti-corruption drama,which mainly includes three kinds of characters,namely,the corrupt elements,the anti corrupt people and the victims.Each part starts with the aspects of characters and aesthetic features,and then selects several typical characters to make a detailed analysis.The corrupt elements who take the role of 'mutation' mainly exist as the negative characters in the play.The anti-corrupt people,however,are basically the same as the affirmative figures to restore the balance that the corrupt elements break.There is a natural binary opposition between the two.The victims can show us the dangers of corruption,and the fate of their tragic figures is often used to stimulate the audience's sympathy and attention.In addition,I also take care of the female image in the male power field,and there are positive and negative.The second part mainly analyzes the narrative plot,narrative structure and narrative elements of anti-corruption drama.lt mainly discusses the role of the conflict in promoting the story,and some characteristic plot design elements in the anti-corruption drama,such as reasoning,death,peep and other relatively fixed narrative elements.This part also mentions the fractal and reorganization,the polyphony structure and the perfect fixed ending of the story in the,anti-corruption drama.In addition,this part also talks about the narrative language in the anti-corruption drama,including pictures and details,music and explanation,and the use of montage.The third part mainly discusses the cultural context of narrative of anti-corruption drama.This part mainly involves the anti-corruption drama strengthening ideological education and public legal awareness in the mainstream cultural context,satisfying the common people's aesthetic and catering to the commercial interests in the context of mass culture.realizing the reflection of the social reality and the concern for the individual humanity in the elite culture context.Of course,there are still some problems in the creation of anti-corruption dramas,such as the regular visual map and the fixed pattern of narrative and the existence of 'honest and upright official' love knot in creative thinking.Finally,I hope to explore the current difficulties and opportunities faced by such dramas by analyzing the narrative texts of the TV series on the theme of combating corruption,providing some theoretical references for the future development of anti-corruption dramas.
