Theory of memetics is based on Darwin's biological theory of evolution to explain the law of cultural evolution new theory,in recent years,the theory of memes is widely used in psychology,communication studies,translation,foreign language teaching,etc,used to work in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is very rich also.From the meme theory point of view,Chinese teaching is the process of the mould for the spread of the copied four stages: assimilation,memory,expression,transmission.Chinese polyphonic words are polyphonic,different pronunciations correspond to different meanings,and the relationship between phonetic and semantic meanings is complex.Moreover,there are a large number of polyphonic words in Chinese,which are often used in daily life,which is one of the difficulties and key points for Chinese learners to learn Chinese.International students have some problems in the grasp of the shape,sound and meaning of polyphonic words,such as wrong meaning,misreading and so on,resulting in listening and reading comprehension,oral expression errors.Therefore,from the perspective of memetics,combined with interviews and questionnaires,this paper tries to study the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language(TCSL)with polyphonic characters,and proposes relevant teaching Suggestions.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter introduces the significance of the topic,the research status,the research methods and ideas,the theories adopted and the sources of the corpus.The second chapter makes statistics and analysis on the polyphonic characters in the new HSK test syllabus and the comprehensive teaching materials of developing Chinese,and selects the polyphonic characters that should be mastered by international students and the polyphonic characters that can not be mastered as polyphonic characters,so as to determine the contents of the Chinese proficiency questionnaire at all levels.This paper summarizes the characteristics of polyphonic words and classifies polyphonic words from the perspective of the relationship between the sound and meaning of polyphonic words and the frequency difference of pronunciation.The third chapter,based on the second chapter,interviews the foreign students with primary,middle and advanced Chinese proficiency on the cognition of polyphonic characters,the teaching of polyphonic characters by Chinese teachers and their own learning of polyphonic characters,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the recognition,pronunciation and meaning of polyphonic characters.After the statistics,the paper analyzes the problems in the process of learning polyphonic characters and the causes of the problems.The fourth chapter will analyze the problems of foreign students in the process of learning polyphonic characters or the reasons for the problems in the process of learning polyphonic characters through the four stages of successful replication and transmission of language memes,and then put forward teaching Suggestions to solve the problems of foreign students in each stage of polyphonic learning.The sixth chapter summarizes the full text,and finds out the shortcomings,and provides reference for the future research.
