| With the rapid development of the global economy,the social and cultural communication between countries have become closer and closer,which providing a good opportunity for Chinese culture head to the world.In order to promote the propagation and development of Chinese in the world,the Chinese government dispatches a large number of Chinese teachers to teach Chinese in different places every year.Chinese teachers not only accomplish teaching work,but also need adapt foreign cultures.Therefore,studying the cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese teachers abroad has become an important issue.There are many studies on the cross-cultural adaptation of Indonesian Chinese teachers,and the large numbers of Chinese teachers in the three cities of Bali,Jakarta and Surabaya in Indonesia.Studying the cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese teachers in these regions will help to Chinese teachers in Indonesia overcome the problem of cross-cultural adaptation and adapt to local life as soon as possible,so that Chinese teachers in Indonesia can devote themselves to Chinese teaching.The object of study on this paper are Chinese teachers in these regions to research on cross-cultural adaption.This paper mainly through two kinds of method to study.One is the form of questionnaire survey.This paper analyzes the intercultural adaptation of Chinese teachers to Indonesia from three aspects: social acculturation,psychological adaptation and work adaptation.The second is to conduct further interviews 14 Chinese teachers to further understand the problems related to cross-cultural adaptation during the internship in Indonesia.From the questionnaire survey and further interview found the following four aspects of the problem.The first is difficult to adapt the social work environment in Indonesia;the second is difficult to adapt local working mode in Indonesia;the third is necessary to know local religious culture in Indonesia.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: one is to increase the introduction of basic situation of Indonesia;the second is to improve the ability of classroom management;in addition,to improve the ability of crosscultural communication. |
