Empirical Analysis Of Psychological Adaptation For Chinese Teacher Volunteers In Hungary

Chinese teacher volunteers group as the mainstay of Chinese Hanban Teacher Volunteers Projects,their living and working abroad facing many social and cultural adaptation problems and psychological adaptation problems.So far,There are four Confucius institutes in Hungary,to teach in Hungary’s dozens of large and medium-sized cities.The demand of Chinese teachers and volunteers is increasing year by year.There is also a big difference between the cultural and educational ideas of the two countries,this is bound to make the Hungarian volunteer teachers have a degree of "culture shock" and feel difficult to adapt in Hungary.Therefore,it is necessary to study the situation of the psychological adaptation of volunteer teachers,in order to help volunteers to make proper adjustments on their behavior and emotional tendency,so as to adapt to the work and life under the background of the new culture.In this paper,the author sets up the research model,puts forward the research hypothesis,drew up the steps,and designs four questionnaires which aim to survey the basic information,psychological adaptation,social support and cross-cultural adaptation strategy of Chinese teacher volunteers.Based on the reliability and validity of the questionnaires,the author uses the data statistics and analysis software SPSS to test the correlation between the teaching area,social support,expectations,cross-cultural adaptation strategies and psychological adaptation of Chinese teacher volunteers.The results are as follows:There is no notable correlation between the teaching ares and psychological adaptation of Chinese teacher volunteers;There is no notable correlation between social support and psychological adaptation of Chinese teacher volunteers;There is no notable correlation between the expectations and psychological adaptation of Chinese teacher volunteers;There is a notable correlation between the cross-cultural strategy adopted by the teacher volunteers and psychological adaptation.On the basis of the analysis of test results,the author puts forward some suggestions and obtains some enlightenment,finally,put forward the deficiencies and subsequent improvement suggestions of this thesis.
