A Research On Liaoning Regional Cultural Transmission Path In The Context Of The Belt And Road

One of the goals of the Belt and Road Initiative is to build the road for civilization exchanges,mutual reference and coexistence.One of the cooperation contents of the initiative is to create the people-to-people bond.To enhance the mutual learning between civilizations and friendly exchanges the people in the countries along the Belt and Road,it is proposed in the 2016-2020 Ministry of Culture the Belt and Road Action Plan for Cultural Development to actively participate in cultural exchanges and transmission and promote the spread of Chinese culture.Regional culture is a component of Chinese culture and refers to the total regional material and spiritual wealth.By virtue of its unique natural and humanistic environment,Liaoning possesses rich regional culture.Besides,the coastal area of Liaoning locates in the center of the Northeast Asia,so it has the advantage of connecting Japan and South Korea with the hinterland of Central Asia and Central and Eastern Europe.There are a number of countries along the Belt and Road surrounding Liaoning,and the audiences are in a wide range,so the regional cultural transmission of Liaoning has both internal and external advantages: it can enhance the regional popularity of Liaoning,help to lay a solid foundation of popular will and promote the construction of the Belt and Road.Hence,under the context of the Belt and Road,it is of great practical significance to build a feasible and targeted regional cultural transmission path of the era in Liaoning.In this thesis,related information and data are collected to clarify the opportunities and challenges for the transmission through the description of the current situation of Liaoning regional cultural transmission.Then on the basis of comparative analysis,the feasibility and specific path of the cultural transmission in the context of the Belt and Road are discussed,aiming to strengthen the exchanges and cooperation betweenLiaoning and countries along the Belt and Road,improve the economic development level in Liaoning and promote the construction of the Belt and Road.This paper has six parts:First is the introduction,which includes the research background,significance and methods.The first chapter is the literature review.the research achievements,transmission path of Liaoning regional culture as well as the research results of cultural transmission path under the background of the Belt and Road are sorted out and reviewed.The second chapter sorts out and analyzes relevant data and information of Liaoning regional cultural transmission path and describes the current situation of the path.The third chapter analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the development of Liaoning regional cultural transmission paths under the background of the Belt and Road initiative.Many countries along the Belt and Road around Liaoning,rich regional cultural resources,continuous development of media platforms,steady development of the educational level for foreign students in China,continuous construction of Confucius Institutes,and continuous deepening of people-to-people exchanges,providing opportunities for the development of Liaoning regional cultural transmission paths.However,there are many challenges: First,in terms of the convergence media path,the audience demands are considered inadequately,and the transmission path has poor flexibility;second,in terms of the education path for international students in China:cultural teaching is not targeted,and the theme of cultural activities is not rich;third,In terms of the path of overseas Confucius Institutes: the uneven development of culture among Confucius Institutes and a single model of cultural classroom teaching;fourth,in terms of humanities exchange paths: the lack of international talents and the need to deepen communication methods.The fourth chapter puts forward the strategies for development according to the opportunities and challenges faced by Liaoning regional cultural transmission path: first is to innovate the convergence media path,open multilingual social platforms,and updatethe mode of mass media;second is to improve the educational level for foreign students in China,set up special courses of Liaoning regional culture,enrich the theme of cultural activities;third,promote the construction of Confucius Institutes' cultural classrooms,promote the coordinated development of multiple Confucius Institutes,and develop Confucius Institutes' regional cultural teaching in Liaoning;fourth,pay attention to humanistic exchanges,and focus on promoting Chinese and foreign cultural exchanges and innovative forms of cultural activities.The final part is the conclusion,which summarizes the content and conclusion of this thesis,and expounds the innovative points and research deficiencies.
