Research On Language Service In Liaoning Province Under The Background Of “Belt And Road”

Language itself is a kind of service to people's communication tools,as long as there is a place where the application of language will have the corresponding language services,so the study of language services is an inevitable requirement for the development of contemporary society.This paper studies the current situation of language service development in our province,in language planning theory as the guide,through the investigation and analysis,master data and information,the development of combing language services at home and abroad,so as to analyze the Liaoning province language service advantages and disadvantages,and leveraging the development opportunities to help the "The Belt and Road",proposed the Liaoning province regional language the new service development strategy,to promote the all-round development of our province regional language services.This paper mainly from the following aspects:The introduction part introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research ideas and framework,research methods and research review.In the first chapter,the author makes a deep investigation on the current situation of Liaoning province from three aspects:language translation service,foreign student education and foreign language service.The second chapter puts forward the "short board" of Liaoning language service".Language translation services include:diversified translation company type needs to be improved;the city distribution is too concentrated;the lack of international translation and management personnel;students education include:our province foreign students students diversification degree is not high,professional learning is not balanced,and the purpose of learning to choose a single;teachers ability uneven and lack of innovation;Liaoning province foreign language services include:non universal languages need to demand,"The Belt and Road" along key languages.In the first chapter,the author makes a deep investigation on the current situation of Liaoning province from three aspects:language translation service,foreign student education and foreign language service.In the third chapter,the author puts forward the way to improve the quality of language service in Liaoning Province,aiming at the "short board" of the language service in Liaoning province.In language translation services:Leveraging "The Belt and Road" strategy,broaden the translation project type;close to the "The Belt and Road" needs to provide accurate language services;into the "The Belt and Road" development,to attract international talent.In the field of education for foreign students,we should broaden the source of students,promote the diversity of students,build the specialty,accelerate the construction of the first class,and improve the quality of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language in Liaoning.In the field of foreign language services:the development of key language policy;speed up the training of foreign language talents;colleges and enterprises to jointly develop foreign language talents.The conclusion part makes a summary of the whole thesis and explains the innovation and deficiency of this paper.
