Since January 21 st 2011,Wechat has been launched within a decade.The active users on Wechat every month has reached 1.1 billion.This platform greatly improved efficiency of social communication and operation.However,based on its natural design and induction of bad information in the course of using this app,there is prone to involve abuses of use and even crimes.With increasing popularity of Wechat,this phenomenon becomes even more fierce.Hence,studying ethics issues on Wechat can arouse Tencent's attention on the issues and make sustained improvements,so that to better provide service for enterprises and society.As for regulators to Wechat,this study can guide and discipline the development and application compliance with the law and regulations in a convenient and scientific manner;as for users,this study can make them learn more about Wechat and better use the app,playing a positive role in social communication and economic operation.The paper adopts methods of literature research and cases study to first expound enterprise mission theory and enterprise ethical theory,and propose that the integration of enterprise mission and enterprise ethics can bring a series of profound revolution to managing enterprises.Guiding enterprises to seek for long-term value rather short-term ones,produce positive value and lower negative value,so that to facilitate enterprises develop in a quicker and better fashion.Furthermore,the paper mainly researches the hidden ethical issues in development and design of Wechat,which are ingeniously designed and always regarded as problems of Wechat users and external regulators.While the root causes of these issues are from Tencent.These ethical issues include four aspects as follows:privacy transfer,information acquisition,designs made by humanistic demerits and behavioral addition.Enterprises deliver their mission to market and consumers by means of products and services,and their sense of ethics also reflects in the designed products.The deeper reason of ethical issues in a company is lack of thinking to the process of mission management.From this it reveals that enterprise mission and ethics are a firmly connected organic whole and it has to take into consideration in a holistic way.Only enterprises consider enterprise ethics in the course of managing mission and integrate mission's leading role and ethics' guarantee role,can enterprises correctly provide guidelines to research and development and operation of products,making sure sound and stable development of enterprises and products.Therefore,the point of of solving ethical issues in Wechat is enterprises which should make highly efficient mission management at first.Specifically,enterprises should implant mission into their mind,fulfill mission and enhance autonomous government over ethics through reviewing mission and restructuring mission statements,to ensure Wechat design confirmed with enterprises' mission and ethical requirements.Besides,technical selection,requirements and regulation to human and society are also essential.
