The purpose of this article is standing at the height and the expanse of ethics in philosophy to study the ethical management in enterprise human resource management activity. Owing the horizon of this paper is from ethics, in another word, is from value logos and all-round development of human being to study enterprise employee management, it is inappropriate using resource to express enterprise employee. Meanwhile, to imply the philosophy meaning and respect the field of this article, incarnate the rigorous of academic paper, avoid the semantic chaos proposed by Harold Koontz, this article using enterprise employee management as a formulation to take place the concept of human resource management.This article can be divided into three parts, the center of introduction section is to introduce background of the subject in this article, summarized the achievements and present research situation of enterprise employee ethical management in theoretical circles. Pointed out the theoretical significance and practical value of this study, carded the skeleton of this paper, and introduced the innovated points and main research methods of this study.chapter2is the second part of this article, this part carries out the theoretical basis of this study. First, this part reasoned the legality of research on employee ethical management in enterprise, the way of this reason is analyze the literary and academic system constructed by Adam Smith, who is the founding father of modern economics. In this way, this essay criticized two inappropriate phenomenon, which is "economy is irrelevant with ethics" and "corporate amorality myth". In the mean time, this essay reasoned the necessity of employee ethical management by three viewpoint, which is society, corporation and employee. After that, this essay reasoned the feasibility of employee ethical management in the business success activity of Jewish business man, Lutheranism business man, and Confucian business man.Chapter3is the third section of this paper, searched the achieving methods of ethical employee management in corporation, focused on the fusion of management theory and ethic theory. First, based on "The Management Jungle", this search set out from the viewpoint of decision-making school, using the relevant theory of ethics, interpreted the achieving methods by using relevant ethical theory, second, from the viewpoint of administrative process school, interpreted the moral spirit and ethic principle that should be abide in functional work of employee management activity.
