Contract teaching method responds to the learning modes such as autonomous learning and active inquiry advocated in the new round of curriculum reform,which cultivates students' practical ability in inquiry practice,gives students clear goals,stimulates students' awareness of active learning in order to achieve goals,and shows students' self-motivation awareness.In this paper,we focus on the theoretical construction of contract teaching method,and carry out specific experimental research according to its theoretical construction to confirm the feasibility of this teaching mode.In this paper,literature review,teaching experiment,observation survey,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics are used to construct the theory and experimental research on the application of contract teaching method in college sports dance teaching,and the results are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively.The results show that: 1.Using contract teaching method in the classroom of college sports dance teaching has certain advantages in students' self-efficacy,learning interest,physical fitness and skill level;2.The goal-driven contract teaching method is used in college sports dance teaching.Students know their own goals,change passiveness into initiative,improve the learning efficiency in class,increase the practice time after class,and improve their interest in learning and the awareness of autonomous practice,which is conducive to improving the achievements and abilities of college sports dance students.
