Miller's Oil Painting Features Research And My Creation Practice

The war,strife and social unrest in 19 th century France did not become the stumbling block of miller's artistic path.His perseverance and simple spirit inspired and inspired me.Millet is one of the representatives of barbizon school of painting and realism,his representative works are the gander sower night bell and so on.This paper is divided into two parts,the first part mainly expounds some introduction and research on miller before his death,including the study of his growing environment and the background of The Times as well as the analysis of his representative works,fully understand Millet 's artistic concept and his achievements in art.The second part mainly expounds the influence of miller on my graduation creation and the practice process of graduation creation.The innovative result of this creation is to create a rural theme that is different from Millet 's oil paintings.Mainly in the perspective of painting tonal tools and other aspects of innovation.The purpose of this study is to make a comparative analysis between miller's works and his rural works,in order to understand the intention of Millet 's creation and then blend into my creation.
