| Since the birth of documentary,"truth" has always been a red line throughout its development history.Documentary film has the function of protecting and spreading culture.Food documentary is a documentary with food as its theme,and "authenticity" is the prerequisite for its creation.This kind of documentary film has the characteristics of image documentary art and so on.Gourmet food can reflect the local regional culture to a certain extent,and regional culture plays a role in promoting the development and innovation of gourmet food.They complement each other and are inseparable.An excellent food documentary should not only talk about food,but also present the regional culture deposited by different regions by recording the "people","things" and "feelings" behind the food,so as to realize the function of documentary protection and dissemination of culture.At present,in the creation of gourmet documentaries in our country,the way of presenting regional culture is rich and diverse.Starting from the creation theory of this kind of documentary film and combining with the creation practice of my graduation work Let’s have a bowl of morning noodles,this paper focuses on how to present the regional culture of the food documentary film from four aspects: exploring the history of delicious food,choosing a civilian perspective,telling people’s stories and placing homesickness on the travelers.The artistic characteristics of the food documentary image determine that when the food documentary image presents the regional culture,it needs to use some special performance skills.With the development of imaging technology,various shooting techniques have been applied in food documentaries.Close-ups are the scenery that can best show the texture of things and become the main scenery for food documentaries.Not only that,the documentary characteristics of gourmet documentaries also require the presentation of regional culture from the voice.Dialect is often used as a special expression of regional culture in food documentaries.In short,by shooting documentaries with regional characteristics of delicious food,we can highlight the regional characteristics and reflect the unique cultural temperament of the region.By discussing the way of presenting regional culture in food documentaries and the techniques of expression,the author hopes to provide some reference for the creators of food documentaries in China. |
