For foreign learners,Chinese characters are difficult for them to learn.As the foundation of Chinese character teaching,the teaching of stroke and stroke order should be emphasized.Calligraphy and Chinese characters complement each other and are inseparable.Calligraphy is a traditional art unique to Chinese characters.The purpose of this paper is to explore the methods of primary teaching of stroke and stroke order of Chinese characters for foreign students,and to introduce calligraphy elements into primary teaching of stroke and stroke order of Chinese characters for foreign students,in order to stimulate the interest of foreign students in learning stroke and stroke order,improve the effectiveness of stroke and stroke order in classroom teaching,to lay a solid foundation for the teaching of Chinese characters.It can also make up for the weakness of the research on the teaching methods of stroke and stroke order of Chinese characters for foreign students,and provides a reference for the teaching methods of stroke and stroke order for teachers of Chinese as a foreign language.This article combines the author's teaching experience of foreign students in business administration school of Hunan University,and carries out classroom teaching practice.Through the comparison of students ' classroom performance,classroom dictation test and teaching test feedback,it is proved that it is feasible to use calligraphy to assist the primary teaching of stroke and stroke order of Chinese characters for foreign students,and puts forward the advantages and disadvantages of the primary teaching of stroke and stroke order of Chinese characters for foreign students assisted by calligraphy and improvement measures.How to combine c alligraphy with the primary teaching of stroke and stroke order of Chinese characters for foreign students,and play the auxiliary role of calligraphy.This paper proposes to adhere to the primary independent teaching of Chinese characters for foreign students,Stroke and stroke order teaching is the main,calligraphy teaching as an aid,teaching regular script,from simple to complex,speak finely and more practical teaching principles;The teaching methods include the combination of the teaching of stroke and stroke order with the whole character practice,the combination of the hard pen writing with the brush calligraphy,the combination of the teacher demonstration with the student practice,and the combination of classroom teaching with the calligraphy related activities.
