With the development of TCFL,the advantages of native Chinese teachers are becoming more and more obvious.Developing local Chinese teachers can not only effectively solve the problem of teacher shortage,but also help the sustainable development of Chinese.In this study,native Chinese teachers who took part in the "2019 training course for local Chinese teachers in Confucius College" were investigated.From the perspective of training in China,this paper studies the training of overseas native Chinese teachers.In the study,through the analysis of the relevant literature,clear research methods.By means of questionnaire,the present situation and existing problems of overseas native Chinese teachers training in China were investigated from the aspects of curriculum,content selection and teaching development.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,the purpose,the significance,the method,the research frame and the main theoretical basis of this paper.The second chapter mainly introduces the local Chinese teacher's status,superiority as well as the teacher training uniqueness and its value.The third chapter,through the form of a questionnaire,investigates the local Chinese teachers who participated in the "2019 training course for local Chinese teachers in Confucius College",and summarizes the existing problems and deficiencies of the training.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the countermeasures of Teacher Training: Establishing Long-term Effective Teacher Training Mechanism;establishing local Chinese teacher reward mechanism;fully stimulating teachers 'learning motivation;constructing network teacher training.The fifth chapter puts forward the "multi-functional" mode of local Chinese teacher training on the basis of the new countermeasures of teacher training.The "multi-functional" training mode is a brand-new exploration of the training mode of local Chinese teachers from seven aspects: theoretical basis,training objective,applicable scope,operating procedure,curriculum setting,training mode and evaluation means.The sixth chapter summarizes the research,points out theshortcomings of the research,and puts forward new prospects and suggestions for the future research.
