A Survey Of The Overseas Status Of Chinese Teacher Volunteers

Nowadays,there are four Confucius Institutes in Central Asian countries.They are Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan,Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.These countries in Central Asia are not only the republics of the former Soviet Union,but also similarities in languages and cultures of their respective ethnic groups.Their boundary is border by Xinjiang of China.If commence to Chinese work and culture communication in these place,it will benefit for the people to know about the China and promote their relations with China.This thesis investigates the status of Chinese teacher volunteers who working in Central Asia,and analyzes each of the status.It sum up various problems and causes encountered in Chinese teacher volunteer’s work in Central Asia.Therefore,it puts forward relevant suggestions to help Chinese volunteers teacher who will teach in Central Asia in future.The first part is the introduction,which expounds the reason,purpose and significance of the topic.Besides,it also talk about the the research ideas,methods and innovation of this thesis.The second part is talking about the survey status of the Chinese teacher volunteer ’s work in Central Asia.It include the basic status of Chinese volunteers teacher in Central Asia,and the status of work bases(in terms of schools and students),status of teaching work,status of non-teaching work,and work Conduct situation.From the research to know about the situation and the actual status of Chinese teacher volunteer’s work in Central Asia.The third part is the analysis of the survey results about the work status of Chinese teacher volunteer go to Central Asia.The fourth part is the opinions and suggestions in connection with the investigation results.provide some references to Chinese teacher volunteer and their training in Central Asia.This thesis investigates the current situation of Chinese teacher volunteers in Central Asia.It points out the real situation of Chinese volunteers teacher’s work in Central Asian countries.It analyzes the problems that Chinese volunteers teachers have occur in their work,considering the reasons of these problems and make related suggestions.Making everyone comprehensively and objectively know about the actual situation of Chinese teacher volunteer’s work situation in Central Asia.
