With the continuous development of technology,many new technologies are widely used in the field of education.But the interpersonal relationship between teachers and students cannot be replaced by the use of modern education technology.The emergence of blended teaching has great balanced the relationship between traditional teaching and modern teaching technology.According to He Kekang,blended teaching combines the advantages of traditional teaching method with the advantages of online learning method.The teaching process of blended teaching aims to inspire and supervise students and give full play to the students' initiative and creativity in the class.Blended teaching model taking constructivism theory and information processing theory as its main theoretical basis.The blended teaching model combines the advantages of each teaching model,emphasizes student-centered,and pays attention to protecting students' curiosity and imagination.In order to verify the effectiveness of the blended teaching model,this paper applies the blended teaching model to English grammar teaching in junior high school,and intends to answer two questions:(1)What is the influence of the blended teaching model on students' English grammar scores?(2)What is the influence of the blended teaching model on students' self-efficacy?Two classes of a culture school with similar grammar level were chosen as the research participants.During the four months of teaching experiment,the experimental class adopted the blended teaching model,while the control class adopted the traditional teaching model.The Research instruments are questionnaires,pre-test and post-test and interviews.After completing the actual teaching,through the collection and analysis of the data by the SPSS 23.0.,the major findings can be concluded as follows: On the one hand,the experimental class English grammar learning achievement has made greater progress than the control class.That is to say,the blended teaching model can obviously improve the students' grammar scores.On the other hand,by comparing the results of the questionnaires,it is found that the blended teaching can make studentsdevelop a positive attitude towards English grammar learning.The students' sense of self-efficacy has significantly improved.That is to say,the application of the blended teaching model in junior high school English grammar has a positive effect on students' grammar learning and self-efficacy.But in this study,there are still some limitations in some aspects,which need to be further explored in future research.
