| With the continuous development and progress of China’s economy and society,China has highly improved status in the international community,which determines the increasing demand for English talents in China’s modern society.There are many schools setting up many classes to teach English,in order to provide a better learning platform for students to learn English.However,according to the current situation of English teaching in high schools in China,there are still some problems in English teaching,especially the unscientific grammar teaching,which requires us to take timely measures to solve it.Modern English teaching is a widespread belief that the heuristic teaching more accord with students’ cognitive regularity,but because of the idea of exam-oriented education in our country,teachers can not change their teaching model,which means it will increase the fear of learning English of students who are short of enthusiasm of learning English,leading to poor teaching effect.In order to solve these problems,the author’s school put forward the eight-step teaching model according to local conditions.By observing and analyzing the English classes of excellent English teachers in grade one and grade two,this paper aims to solve the following problems :(1)What are the advantages of the eight-step teaching model in grammar teaching in high school compared with the traditional teaching method?(2)What is the difference between the teaching effect of excellent teachers and ordinary teachers when using the eight-step teaching model in grammar teaching?(3)What are the grammar teaching strategies of excellent English teachers under the guidance of the eight-step teaching model?The study finds that the eight-step teaching model plays a positive role in high school English grammar teaching.In addition,through the eight-step teaching model,excellent teachers can more effectively achieve grammar teaching objectives.At the same time,in the eight-step teaching model,students can improve their interest in grammar learning,increase their learning enthusiasm,improve their learning ability,and finally achieve a good learning effect.Under the guidance of the eight-step teaching model,the grammar teaching inquiry can integrate the relationship between various elements and various forms of expression in the process of teaching design to improve the efficiency of English grammar teaching in senior high schools.The eight-step teaching model can provide students with opportunities for independent learning,cooperative learning,demonstration and communication,and guide students to adopt learning methods such as observation,experience and inquiry,so as to give full play to their learning potential,form effective learning strategies and improve students’ ability of independent learning.At the same time,the eight-step teaching model is also helpful for teachers to grasp the nature and rules of teaching activities.It is of great significance in guiding the practical ability of teachers’ teaching activities and the basic research of teaching theory. |
