This paper regards transmedia narrative as a dynamic process of top-down construction and bottom-up participation. It pays attention to how the elements of narrative change after IP-picturizing in transmedia narrative, and where comes from the power, which stimulates the audience to participat in transmedia narrative practice from bottom to up.The starting point of cross-media narrative provides a pre-determined structure for the whole system—with the “story world” as the core, extending by space, character and events on various media platforms, and ending at the boundary of the “story world”.In the practice of transmedia narrative of picturize, creators often realize the transformation of text form by maintaining a unified conception of world, reproducing the "expected vision" and portraying the growth of characters and the relationship of characters. The overall conversion process reflects the media property of novels and movies in narrative experiences. Finally, transmedia narrative is completed by bottom-up fan participation.Under the narrative logic, fans' enthusiasm for participation in transmedia narrative comes from the impulse to “naturalize” the narrative text.Under the logic of capital, the cultural industry devotes themselves to attract fans to the bottom-up transmedia narrative through the public's “crankiness to the co-text”.Under the logic of power, there are complex power relations within the fans, original authors, cultural industries. In general, the motivation of fan participation comes from the pursuit of the ownership of text and the mastery of the text's meaning.
