| Today,technological advances and social development have brought about huge changes in human social activities.The development of the Internet and the popularity of mobile smartphones have gradually shifted human daily social activities from offline to online.Problematic social network use is a behavioral phenomenon of excessive use of social networks.This excessive use of social networks is devouring the physical and mental health of contemporary youth.Especially college students,they prefer to use social networks for communication and communication,and this group is more likely to form problematic social network usage behavior Excessive addiction to the virtual network may cause psychological problems such as "Internet addiction".The research on the causes and interventions of the problematic social network of college students is not enough.Studying the risk factors and internal mechanism of the problematic social network use in college students can better prevent and scientifically control the problematic social network use behavior.Based on the cognitive-behavioral model of problematic Internet use,this study explores the factors that influence the use of problematic social networking sites—basic psychological needs,missing fear,emotional intelligence,and their relationships.This thesis research one: A questionnaire survey was conducted among college students in five universities in Nanchang,and 1,092 valid questionnaires were obtained.SPSS 24.0 and PROCESS were used to statistically analyze the obtained data.The research results are as follows:(1)The basic psychological needs of college students,emotional intelligence differ in gender and source of birth,the basic psychological satisfaction and emotional intelligence of boys are lower than girls,and the students in rural areas are lower than those in urban areas.(2)There is no significant difference in the demographic variables such as gender,grade,and birthplace of the missed fear level of the college students and the use of problematic social networks.(3)Basic psychological needs can be used to significantly predict the problematic social network usage of college students.(4)Missed fear plays a part of the intermediary role in satisfying basic psychological needs and the use of college students’ problematic social networks.(5)The mediating role of missed fears in the satisfaction of basic psychological needs and the use of problematic social networking sites is regulated by emotional intelligence(mediating effects are more pronounced in individuals with high levels of emotional intelligence).The first half of the mediating effect of emotional intelligence regulation.Study 2: The students of several universities in Nanchang were selected as the research object,and 50 students in the experimental group and the control group were selected using the behavioral mobile social network using behavioral screening questionnaires.Nine online psychological interventions,once a week for a total of 9 weeks;the control group received no treatment.Research results: Online mental health counselling has a better intervention effect on the use of problematic mobile social networks by college students,reduces the impact of missing fear,and can effectively improve the use of problematic mobile social networks by college students. |
