After the September 18 incident,Japan gradually occupied northeast China and established the puppet regime "pseudo Manchukuo" in 1932.Japan not only colonized the pseudo-Manchukuo in political, economic and military aspects, but also adopted the means of "cultural governance " to win over people. At the beginning of the establishment of pseudo-Manchukuo,the eastern part of Inner Mongolia was the scope of Japanese rule. The central and local authorities of pseudo-Manchukuo have set up institutions in charge of education, formulated and issued policies and guidelines for slave education, and constructed a management system for slave education,so that all kinds of slave education at all levels can be carried out smoothly under the rule of Japan and puppet. And these educational policies and guidelines also apply to the eastern part of Inner Mongolia, which is an important part of pseudo-Manchukuo.This paper mainly consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction first introduces the origin and significance of this topic, and then through the review of the academic history of related issues at home and abroad, combing and analyzing the research results of previous scholars. The first chapter introduces the process of promoting the establishment of pseudo-Manchukuo and establishing the dominant position in the eastern Mongol region;the second chapter mainly describes the colonial education policy and school education related institutions implemented by Japan in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia during the period of pseudo-Manchukuo;the third chapterintroduces and analyzes the general situation of education in eastern Inner Mongolia during the period of pseudo-Manchukuo,and makes a detailed analysis on primary education, secondary education, vocational education, girls' education and foreign students' education;and the Epilogue part summarizes and analyzes the characteristics and effects of the educational policies implemented by Japan in eastern Inner Mongolia during the period of Manchukuo period.Japan's colonial education in the eastern Inner Mongolia region aims to blind the minds of the Mongolian people and hinder the normal development of education in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia.Although the education cause in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia has developed to a certain extent under the promotion of the Mongolian people of insight, the colonial education in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia is still servile because the educational policy of the whole eastern part of Inner Mongolia belongs to the slave education policy of the pseudo-Manzhou state, which seriously endangers the people's minds.
