Study On The Inheritance And Innovation Of Traditional Culture In Ethnic Areas By New Rural Elite

Under the background of the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and the continuous improvement of the national governance capacity,the new elite group has increasingly become an important participant in the realization of cultural revitalization and sustainable development in ethnic areas,and its advantages in the inheritance and innovation of the ethnic traditional cultural have been paid more and more attention by the state and society.Based on the perspective of the inheritance and innovation of the traditional cultural in ethnic areas,this paper takes the new rural elite in Hefeng County,Enshi prefecture as the research object,uses the elite theory,combines the method of literature analysis and the field investigation to divide the new elite of Hefeng County into four kinds of type,such as,the cultural heritage type,the social governance type,the economic promotion type and the moral guidance type.In the process of inheritance and innovation of the ethnic traditional cultural,the subjectivity of the new elite in Hefeng County mainly highlights in the excavation of national history and culture and village cultural heritage,the establishment of national cultural heritage innovation civil society organizations,leading the main body of inheritance innovation to participate in the practice of inheritance,and the introduction of external funds to help the development of rural culture.At the same time,the rural elite in Hefeng County is also faced with the lack of the relevant system mechanism of new rural elite,the cognitive bias of the grass-roots society to the new rural elite and the lack of endogenous motivation of the new rural elite.In order to better promote the new rural elites to play its subjective role,it is necessary that make great efforts to improve the return mechanism of the new rural elite,strengthen the cultural identity of the grass-roots society and stimulate the endogenous power of the new rural elite.To contribute more endogenous power that come from local rural society for the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the inheritance and innovation of the ethnic traditional cultural.
