| With the continuous improvement of people's income and living standard,people's demand for art culture and tourism is increasing.Compared with the past art settlements and tourism mode,art and cultural resources based on location advantages can continuously transform and drive the tourism industry.This humanistic connotation advantage is more popular.In addition,the implementation of the concept of integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has revealed the advantages of human living environment,ecological agriculture,health care and old-age care,water conservation and other functions in the surrounding areas.With the future capital industry migration,these areas will become the main target of population spillover,and play a greater role in undertaking industrial transfer and relaxing capital functions.GL Town,located in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Strategic Functional Area,is located in the middle and high-end humanistic products of culture,art and ecology,aiming at linking tourism industry with art and culture industry and promoting the development of local and surrounding humanistic economy.GL Town is located near Miyun District,with convenient transportation,well-protected ecological environment and natural resources,which is very suitable for the construction of art and culture tourism town.Through the form of business plan,this paper will analyze the internal and external factors of GL town,such as political,economic,social and technological environment,micro-market competition environment,strengths and weaknesses of enterprises and projects,development opportunities and threats,and make use of relevant marketing management theory knowledge,market positioning and effectiveness evaluation of projects,and formulate marketing strategies.In terms of financial management and risk prevention and control,this paper analyses the return on investment and predicts the possible risks,and provides theoretical and practical reference for investors in the art and cultural tourism industry. |
