| Polysemy is a common phenomenon in language.There are many polysemous words in modern Chinese.Lao is a commonly used and characteristic polysemous word."Lao" has rich semantics,more parts of speech and more extensive usage.Polysemy is not only a key teaching content in TCFL,but also a difficult point for teachers and foreign students to acquire.Second language learners are prone to errors in the process of using the polysemous multi-functional word "old".On the basis of previous studies,this paper takes the polysemous multi-functional word "lao" as the object of study.In the ontology part,it studies five parts of speech of "lao" and their usage,including the syntactic function of "lao",the comparative analysis of the output rate of "lao" in the corpus,and the bias of foreign students’ acquisition of "lao" in HSK corpus.This paper summarizes and analyses the errors,and investigates the errors in the acquisition of "lao" by the overseas students in our school with questionnaires,and puts forward some teaching suggestions,with a view to enlightening the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which summarizes the previous research results,the content and methods of this study,expounds the source of corpus and innovative points.The main body is divided into four parts:In the first part,with reference books such as Modern Chinese Dictionary and Modern Chinese 800 Words,this paper systematically combs and analyses the semantics of "lao",expounds the extended relationship among the multiple meanings of "lao" in modern Chinese,and studies the five parts of speech of the multi-meaning multi-function word "lao" in modern Chinese.“ The syntactic function of "Lao" is to analyze the polysemy and multifunction of "Lao" from the perspective of part of speech.In the second part,according to the CCL of Peking University and HSK dynamic composition corpus of Peking Language University,the frequency and usage of "lao" in the two corpuses are screened,counted and analyzed,the output of "lao" is studied,and the output rate of the two corpuses is compared and analyzed.In the third part,by analyzing the examples of errors in the Northern Language Corpus(HSK)and combining with the questionnaire designed by the foreign students at the junior,middle and advanced stages of Hebei University,the types of errors in the acquisition of "lao" by foreign students are summarized,and the causes of the errors are pointed out.The fourth part puts forward some teaching suggestions on the errors of "Lao" in teaching Chinese as a foreign language in order to enable foreign students to better acquire and master the usage of "Lao" in modern Chinese. |
