Huang Zunsan's studying and living experiences in Japan,entering politics and running school has reference significance for studying the life experience of students studying in Japan in the late qing dynasty and the living state of the intellectual class in the republic of China.Through the records of Huang Zunsan's purchasing and reading books,this paper explores the relationship between his daily reading and literary creation,and how to use daily reading to deal with the spiritual crisis.Huang Zunsan flexibly uses poetry,ci,prose and other forms to write diaries.By reading this part of the diary with strong literariness,this article comprehensively explores Huang Zunsan's motivation and style of writing.Different cultural exchanges is an important part for developing China,language is the key to cultural exchanges.So,language learning has become an important part of his daily study in Japan.In terms of professional choice,Huang Zunsan chooses the law of "improving society and maintaining customs",and the public law related to regulate the relationship between the state and the people to study.During of staying in Japan,Huang Zunsan attributes the strength of Japan to a high level of modernization.Because of the slow development of China's modernization,he pursues "quick success" in his study,resulting in anxiety about time wasted and academic failure.Long time not in home,the missing of hometown and relatives haunted his heart: stay in other country,his feeling filled with weak people's humiliation and lingering;as a student in japan,Huang Zunsan is a lonely wanderer.Staying in Japan,Huang Zunsan reads a lot of literary books to amuse his time.However,the public concern of intellectuals makes him interest in reading,preferring patriotic themes and gradually change to history.Facing the impetuous atmosphere of students studying in Japan,Huang Zun-san read a lot of books on self-cultivation,to maintain inner tranquility and realize the pursuit of "self-improvement" in life,including Confucian doctrine of the mean,Wang Yangming's theory of "the unity of knowledge and practice" and Zeng Guofan's cultivation "the principle of respect and sincerity".After returning to China,Huang Zunsan becomes a politician.With his democratic political ideal gradually shattering,he reads Buddhist sutras to keep sprite peace.Before studying abroad,Huang Zunsan receives Confucian traditional education and had a high ability to write classical poetry.He turns what he saw and felt into poetry: worrying about the reality of people's livelihood,the truth of the world,and the changing of his mentality.Huang Zunsan expresses his humble life attitude and worships the life attitude of inaction.Huang Zunsan is good at using the words and artistic conception of predecessors' poems to form his own new poetic conception.Huang Zunsan is adept in using various genres to create group poems,and strives to exhaustively reflect the connotation of things.
