At present, the international drug's situation is intricate, and substance abuse has become a problem confronted by many countries and regions.Countries and regions have made great efforts to control substance abuse, but it made little effect due to the high relapse rate and extremely big dependence.Attention bias is a key cognitive mediating factor for drug dependent stimuli to induce craving and relapse behavior among drug dependent subjects.A large number of studies have shown that drug addicts have attentional bias towards drug-related cues. However, most of the previous studies on the attentional bias of drug addicts to drug-related clues mainly focus on traditional drug addicts.Based on the fact, synthetic drug abuse is constantly spreading in China, and the abuse of synthetic drugs is the mainstream among relapse addicts. Thus,it is necessary to study the attention bias of synthetic drug addicts. In addition, the existence of antecedent attention bias to drug-related clues among drug-dependent patients has always been an open question. Therefore, two experiments were conducted to study the attentional bias characteristics of synthetic drug abusers.Experiment 1 with 2(subjects types: synthetic drug addicts, normal people)x 2(stimulus types: drug-related,neutral)is the mixed design of experiment;the subjects type varies between subjects and stimulate type.We explored synthetic drug addicts during attention bias, and the results about the existence of drug-related stimuli found that: relative to neutral stimuli, synthetic drug addicts reaction of drug-related stimuli is significantly longer. While the normal subjects perform no significant difference between drug-related stimuli and neutral stimuli. It shows that synthetic drug addicts have attention bias to drug-related stimuli.Experiment 2 using 2(prime stimulus types: drug-related stimuli, neutral stimulus)x 2(target stimulus types: drug-related stimuli, neutral stimulus)subjects to further explore whether synthetic drug abusers have pre-attention bias towards drug-related stimuli. The results found that: relative to other neutral stimulus, synthetic drugs, synthetic drug abusers scored significantly higher on the priming of drug-related stimuli. This suggests that synthetic drug abusers have a pre-attention bias towards drug-related stimuli. The results of two experiment show that, during drug related to stimulate, synthetic drug abusers not only have the characteristics of attention selection and processing, but also the characteristics of automatic selection and processing, though they are in long-term withdrawal period after achieving physiological detoxification. These results will help understand the characteristics of drug addicts' attention processing, and it is of great significance to the development of the rehabilitation work.
