Objective: In this study,it focuses on the attentional bias training of drugster so as to observe the improvement of the participants’ attentional bias and the relapse tendency after training, thus analyzing the training effects and verifying the relevant theories and assumptions to provide the necessary methods and guidance for drugsters to recover to the society. Methods: It employs dot-probe parandigm of attentional bias to have an attentional bias training on patients abstained from drugs in a compulsory detoxification center in Changsha. The training group is divided into training group and control group. And the participants in the training group are further divided into four groups according to the training method and training intensity. The participants in the control group still accept the normal education and management while free from attentional bias training. All the participants in pre-test and post-test are required to take attentional bias test, implicit association test, positive and negative affect test, emotional positive and negative test, relapse tendency test, coping style test and physiological index test. They will be tracked and interviewed after training for 3 months s as to collect other test indicators other than physiological indicator. Results: 1.Concerning the scores of the attentional bias, there is a remarkable difference between pre-test and post-test,t(38)=3.43,p=0.001,while the difference is not significant in the control group,t(7)=0.53,p>0.05,and main effect of 4 training groups is significant,F(1,35)=11.13,p<0.05;2.Concerning the implicit attitudes towards the drug, there is a remarkable difference between pre-test and post-test,t(38)=-0.46,p<0.01,while the difference is not significant in the control group,t(7)=-0.69,p>0.05,and main effect of 4 training groups is significant,F(1.35)=26.35,p<0.01;3.Concerning emotional scores, there is a slight difference in PA score between pre-test and post-test,t(38)=-0.42,p>0.05,while the NA scores are conspicuous,t(38)=1.98,p=0.056 0.01,and both PA and NA scores are not obvious of the control group between pre-test and post-test,p> 0.05.In the four training groups, the interaction between training method and training intensity is significant,F(1,35)=5.09,p<0.05.However,in the score of relapse tendency, there is a remarkable difference between pre-test and post-test,t(38)=2.27,p<0.05,while the difference is not significant in the control group,t(7)=-0.13,p>0.05,and main effect of 4 training groups during training process is significant,F(1,35)=4.95,p<0.05.5.Concerning the coping style, there is a remarkable difference between pre-test and post-test,t(38)=-3.49,p<0.01,while the difference is not significant in the control group,F(1,35)=11.19,p<0.01.6.Concerning the physiological index, there is a remarkable difference in skin resistance fluctuation index between pretest and post-test,p> 0.05.And the fluctuation index in skin resistance, skin temperature, respiratory rate and heart rate is not obvious in the control group,p<0.05.In the four training groups, the main effect only exists in skin resistance fluctuation,F(3,35)=10.06,p<0.01.In addition, the interaction between training process and the training intensity is significant,F(3,35)=4.23,p<0.05.In heart rate fluctuation, the interaction between training process and the training intensity is also significant,F(3,35)=5.45,p<0.05.7.During successive interviews after training for 3 months,it is found that there is no significant difference of attentional bias and implicit attitudes of participants in pre-test and posttest,p> 0.05.Conclusion: The results of this study manifest that attentional biastraining is effectively conductive to improve the drug bias of drugsters on drug clues, thus reducing the tendency of relapse. However, compared to the traditional training mode, the advanced attentional bias which adds uncertain factors fails to play an effective role in improving participants’ attentional bias and relapse tendency. What’s more, the long-term intervention effect of this study is not significant. |
