The Literature Research On Mongolian Translation Of "Outlaws Of The Marsh"

"Outlaws of the Marsh" is one of the Four Great Classics in China,which tells the story of 108 heroes led by Song Jiang in the late Northern Song Dynasty who gathered in Liangshan,accepted the appeasement of the court,and fought everywhere.Not only has it been widely concerned and loved by the Han nationality,but it has also been widely spread among the national minorities.As far as the translation and introduction of "Outlaws of the Marsh" among ethnic minorities in China is concerned,its readership among the Mongolians is the most widespread and has the most profound influence.Since the Qing Dynasty,"Outlaws of the Marsh" has been translated into Mongolian several times.In this process,different translations with different characteristics have been produced.Different translations and transcripts are combined to complement each other and form a relatively complete version system of the Mongolian translation of "Outlaws of the Marsh".The collection and research of these translations must provide intentional practical cases for the collation and research of Mongolian translations of ancient Chinese novels.Therefore,this thesis intends to build a version system of the Mongolian translation "Outlaws of the Marsh" for reference in academia.This thesis is based on field investigation.The main research content is based on the existing Mongolian translation of "Outlaws of the Marsh" between China and Mongolia.This thesis is composed of introduction,main text(four parts)and conclusion.The introduction part explains the reason and significance of the selected topic,and academically sorts out the related research.Finally,it introduces the research method used in this thesis.The first part introduces the Chinese version system of "Outlaws of the Marsh".The second part introduces the Mongolian version of the "Outlaws of the Marsh" with 120 chapter titles from characterristics of editions and the literature sources.According to preliminary investigations,the Mongolian translation of "Outlaws of the Marsh" in the Inner Mongolia Normal University Library,the Mongolian translation of "Outlaws of the Marsh" in the Archives of East Haraqin in Liaoning Province and the Mongolian translation of " Outlaws of the Marsh " in Ethnic Affairs Commission of Chifeng belong to the system.The third part introduces the Mongolian version of the "Outlaws of the Marsh" with 100 chapter titles from characterristics of editions and the literature sources.according to preliminary investigations,the Mongolian translation of "Outlaws of the Marsh" in the library of Inner Mongolia Academy of Social Sciences,the Mongolian translation of "Outlaws of the Marsh" in the Mongolian National Library,and the Mongolian translation of "Outlaws of the Marsh" in the Inner Mongolia University Library belong to this systemThe fourth part introduces the Mongolian version of "Outlaws of the Marsh" with 70 chapter titles from the characteristics of editions,reface and epilog.According to preliminary investigations,the two kinds of Mongolian translation of "Outlaws of the Marsh" in the Mongolian National Library belongs to the system.The conclusion part summarizes the view points of the thesis and concludes the full text.
