A Study On The Psychological Problems Of Left-behind Children In Rural Areas Under The Absence Of Motherhood

Since the 1980 s,with the rapid development of China’s economy and urbanization,a large number of labor resources are needed to meet the needs of social development.With the rise of feminism,there are more and more female migrant workers.Due to the household registration system and economic factors,their children can’t go out to study together,and there are a large number of rural left behind children.The lack of maternal love of rural left behind children will affect their mental health.This paper takes the rural left behind children in haocun township of Pucheng County as the research object.Through the methods of literature survey,statistics,case interview and questionnaire,this paper discusses the influence of mother’s going out to work on the mental health level of rural left behind children.It complements the research on the psychological problems of rural left behind children under the absence of maternal position in China,so as to solve the psychological problems of rural left behind children Some valuable suggestions are put forward.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly clarifies the background and significance of the research,domestic and foreign research trends and possible innovation points;the second chapter is the related research concepts and theoretical basis,sorting out the related research of rural left behind children,clarifying the concept of maternal absence and mental health,and determining the theoretical basis of the research;the third chapter is about the psychological problems of rural left behind children under the situation of maternal absence The research idea is to investigate the psychological problems of left behind children in rural areas under the absence of mother’s position,and to know the basic situation of their parents’ education level and mother’s going out.The fourth chapter is based on the empirical study of 113 samples of rural left behind children under the absence of mother’s position,and on the basis of field investigation,the overall situation of maternal absence and mental health level is analyzed The fifth chapter is the conclusion and discussion,which summarizes the research on the psychological problems of rural left behind children under the absence of maternal position and puts forward suggestions,pointing out the shortcomings of this study and the areas to be further studied.
