A Comparative Study On The Protective Tourism Development Of Lingling Ancient City

The ancient city has a long history and contains traditional culture with characteristics,which is an important accumulation in the development of Chinese history and culture.At present,the process of urbanization in China is speeding up day by day,and the phenomenon of destruction of ancient city architectural remains and traditional culture is emerging in endlessly.Tourism is a service-oriented industry with low resource consumption.It plays a key role in promoting the development of other related industries in the industrial chain and promoting employment.The development of protective tourism in ancient cities has become a problem faced by urban development.As one of the four national historical and cultural cities in Hunan Province,Lingling ancient city is a bright pearl and beautiful business card in Yongzhou,Hunan Province.It has a very rich historical and cultural value,and its protective tourism development has attracted attention from all walks of life.This paper selects Fenghuang ancient city in Western Hunan,Hongjiang Ancient shopping mall in Huaihua and Lingling ancient city to carry out comparative analysis,combing,analyzing and demonstrating the forms of tourism development of the two ancient cities,combining the actual situation of Lingling ancient city and the competitive advantages of ancient city tourism market,and providing some suggestions for the development of Lingling ancient city tourism attractions and its tourism development.Based on the concept connotation of protective tourism development,under the guidance of the principles of authenticity,integrity,readability and sustainability,this paper combs the three main modes of protective tourism development in the ancient city:government led mode,government enterprise cooperative development mode and operation right transfer mode.Combined with the general situation of social and economic development and the current situation of tourism development of Lingling ancient city,it is clear that there are the following problems in its protective tourism development: low participation of residents,damage to the original features of ancient buildings;inadequate development of cultural tourism resources,lack of high-quality tourism routes;insufficient development vitality of the ancient city area,excessive commercialization.This paper compares the protective tourism development of Lingling ancient city with that of Fenghuang ancient city and Hongjiang Ancient shopping mall,and explores the similarities and differences between them,and concludes that the experience of Fenghuang ancient city in resource protection and Hongjiang Ancient shopping mall in environmentalprotection planning is worth learning.The development mode of Lingling ancient city can be combined with the government leading mode of Hongjiang Ancient shopping mall and the management right transfer mode of Fenghuang ancient shopping mall Meanwhile,there are a series of contradictions and problems in the development of tourism in the two places.Lingling ancient city should learn from them and take the road of sustainable development.Under the guidance of the principles of sustainability,cultural,social and economic benefits,Lingling ancient city can take the following protective tourism development countermeasures: scientific planning,protection and utilization at the same time;participation of the whole people to improve residents’ happiness;model reference,protection and development at the same time;industrial implantation to enhance the vitality of the scenic spot;overall promotion to enhance the popularity of the ancient city;points Level II protection to promote sustainable development.
