The study of "body" began in the Plato era,but this proposition has a long history and still shows a vigorous vitality in today's world. As an important and unique Tibetan writer in the contemporary literary world,A Lai wrote the indispensable role of "body" in almost all his novels. His "body" has both natural and social attributes. It is both a narrative medium and a writing object. It also has symbolic meaning and it can constantly generate new meanings in different historical and cultural contexts. This article is based on the study of the text, combined with the existing research results, the use of the latest theory of the body, the "body" as the key to open the narrative discourse of A Lai's novels, explored his unique thinking in history, humanity and culture. The main body of the full text is divided into four parts. The introduction mainly introduces the theory of body narrative and the current research results on A Lai's novels.Under the inspiration of the philosophy of Foucault and Eagleton,In the first chapter focuses on the body's inscription and construction of history in A Lai's novels, and explores his unique historical consciousness. In his creation,A Lai saw the function of body inscription and construction history. With the diversity of the body,it shows the richness of history and revealed the trajectory of historical progress with the variability of the body.On those foundations,A Lai,who has cautiously criticized the historical view, also shows his thoughts on the memory and repetition of historical pain through the passing and repeated bodies. The second chapter considers the human nature hidden in history through the body, and at the same time criticizes the human nature view advocated by A Lai.In the text,A Lai wrote in detail the power and modernity of the body and the human alienation and distortion caused by it,but he never gave up the excavation and yearning for human nature. The human nature of "pure" and "blood" rooted in the Tibetan body is the courage of A Lai honestly facing human trauma, and it is also the fundamental reason why he always holds his hope for humanity.Considering the relationship between body and culture, the third chapter understands the appearance of multicultural conflicts in A Lai's writings through the three aspects of the body's“loss of discourse power, lifestyle change and cultural identity crisis”.Then, this paper uses A Lai's identity as an entry point, exploring the reasons for cultural conflicts. Finally,it also explors the best path behind the cultural concept of A Lai,which is suitable for the development of Tibetan traditional culture in the new era.The greatness of A Lai is not only to be able to write "special",but also to see "commonness".What he provides on the surface of the body is not only a Tibetan-relatedliterary sample, but it actually reflects his historical considerations of universal significance in terms of history, humanity and culture.
