Research On Pardon System In Ming Dynasty

The system of pardon experienced a long and tortuous process in ancient Chinese history.Its existence played a supplementary role in lubricating and adjusting the social stability of different dynasties,and was an important means for rulers to maintain order.As early as the end of primitive society,the early pardon system appeared in China and began its development in Chinese history.By the Ming Dynasty,the system has gradually developed to a certain extent,it is more abundant in connotation,more diverse in form and more distinct in characteristics,on the basis of absorbing and drawing on the excellent achievements of the pre-qin,the two Han,the Sui and Tang dynasties and the two song dynasties.After sorting out,it is found that the academic community has paid much attention to the topic of pardon system,involving many dynasties,and its results are obvious to all.However,it is not difficult to find that the study of the pardon system in Ming Dynasty is very rare.The study of the pardon system in this period can not only perfect the history of the Ming Dynasty,but also help to enrich the connotation of the pardon system in ancient China.This paper will study the pardon system of Ming Dynasty from three parts: Introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction part mainly explains the research significance of the topic of this paper,makes a simple sorting out the related research results of academic circles,clarifies the concept of pardon.The body part is divided into four chapters.The first chapter first introduces the background of the Ming Dynasty's pardon system in the Ming Dynasty.Under the overall situation at that time,it explains why such pardon activities occurred,mainly from the ideological basis,system inheritance,and reality needs to be started in three aspects.The second chapter introduces the reasons why the rulers of the Ming Dynasty carried out pardon activities in the course of administration,and classifies them into two types: the Institutional Dadian and the accidental policy,specifically,there are Enthronement,Jianchu,Shangzun,sacrifice,war chaos,disaster,auspicious and other reasons,reflecting the flexible and diverse characteristics of its system.The third chapter will present the abundant contents of the pardon system in Ming Dynasty from the aspects of pardon and amnesty,pardon,pardon in session,pardon for expiation,etc..The Fourth Chapter is on the basis of the previous introduction to the Ming dynasty pardon system to make an evaluation,analysis of its impact on the Ming Dynasty Society.The implementation of the pardon system shows the emperor's virtue,which can,to a certain extent,ease social contradictions,promote economic development and consolidate the ruling order,and at the same time,help to correct the misjudgment of the law and make up for the lack of law,but it will inevitably affect the justice of the judiciary and undermine the authority of the law.On the contrary,it encourages crime,gives rise to social unrest and is not conducive to stability.Finally is the conclusion part,according to the above discussion carries on the comprehensive summary to the full text viewpoint.
