A Study On The Spatial Narration Of The Novel Script For Story-telling In Song-yuan Dynasty

The story-telling for novel script of Song-Yuan dynasty is a treasure of Chinese literature,its birth is closely linked with folk story-telling skill.Its creation group and audience are mostly ordinary citizens,what narrate the story of the citizens in Song and Yuan Dynasties,reflecting the colorful life of the citizens in Song and Yuan Dynasties,which is the representative of the urban literature in Song and Yuan Dynasties.Not only the characters and the plot have obvious characteristics of the city literature,but also they have strong characteristics of the city literature in the space presentation and Description: the space in the story books of the song and Yuan Dynasties is the space that ordinary citizens often go in and out of.From the perspective of spatial narratology,this paper focuses on the story-telling for novel script of Song-Yuan dynasty and explores its spatial narration and cultural implications.The story-telling for novel script of Song-Yuan dynasty studied in this paper refer to the "novel" in the story-telling script processed by scholars in the song and Yuan Dynasties,including 37 stories such as Shanting'er?Sanxianshen and Yangwenlanluhuzhuan.This paper mainly studies the spatial narration of the story-telling for novel script of Song-Yuan dynasty from three aspects:The first chapter analyzes the main spatial types and cultural connotations in the story-telling for novel script of Song-Yuan dynasty.According to the open degree of space,the space in the story-telling for novel script of Song-Yuan dynasty can be divided into public space and private space.The public space is an open space for free activities and communicates of the public.The public space in the story-telling for novel script of Song-Yuan dynasty includes tea houses and restaurants,temples and Taoist temples,and government.Private space refers to space belong to somebody,generally refers to the private living space,with privacy.The private space in t the story-telling for novel script of Song-Yuan dynasty mainly includes private garden and hotel.Through the analysis of the space in the story-telling for novel script of Song-Yuan dynasty,we can find that the story-telling for novel script of Song-Yuan dynasty tend to choose the space that the citizens often go in and out of the city,which reflects the characteristics of the story books of song and YuanDynasties.The second chapter analyzes the spatial narrative function of story books in song and Yuan Dynasties.In this chapter,according to the integrity of space,space is divided into regional space,specific space and space component,respectively,to explore the role of the three in the narrative of the story-telling for novel script of Song-Yuan dynasty.The regional space refers to the geographical location of the place where the story happened.The regional space in the story-telling for novel script of Song-Yuan dynasty is mainly Dongjing,Lin'an and remote cities.Both Dongjing and Lin'an reflect the prosperity of the city.The difference is that Dongjing reposes the pain of the people of Song Dynasty,with a certain sentimental color.Lin'an shows the elegance of the south of the Yangtze River and creates a poetic realm.The remote city is far away from the political and economic center,which people know much less than Dongjing ang Lin'an,and it creates a mysterious urban atmosphere.The specific space refers to buildings with relatively complete space form,such as the space of houses and temples.It plays an important role in adjusting narrative rhythm,building three-dimensional characters,and arranging story structure.Space component isa component of space,which includes the space separator and the wall-scribed space.They play an important role in the story process and the psychological display of the characters.The third chapter analyzes the spatial narrative language of the story-telling for novel script of Song-Yuan dynasty.Space narrative language refers to the language used in the presentation of space.There are three main characteristics of the space narrative language in the story-telling for novel script of Song-Yuan dynasty.Firstly,the language form is combination of rhyme and prose,rhyme and prose have their own advantages in spatial description.Second,the spatial narrative language of the story-telling for novel script of Song-Yuan dynasty has a certain sense of space.Thirdly,micro language is widely used in the spatial description of the story books of song and Yuan Dynasties.Micro language refers to the text content that can indicate the character quality or narrative situation in the works.
