Integration And Identification: Local Governance And Regional Politics In Between The Sui And Tang Dynasties

By studying the local governance and regional policies of the Sui dynasty and the early Tang dynasty,and taking the interaction between the local governance of the central government and the regional social forces as a channel,this paper discusses the unification process of the new dynasty during the Sui and Tang dynasties.The first chapter takes the two political reforms of the Sui dynasty as the starting point to discuss the zone control strategy of the Sui dynasty in the process of completing and maintaining the unification.And from the top-down perspective to observe the local political identity in local governance activities.In a greater degree,it can discuss the effect of the core spirit of the Sui dynasty regional policy and its impact on the Sui and Tang empire.The second chapter focuses on the local social forces during the Sui and Tang dynasties,and discusses the grassroots social and political trends during the Sui and Tang dynasties by observing their power sources and their roles in the local society.At the same time,through the analysis of the power,region and political value of different social forces,this chapter discusses the attitude of social forces towards unification and the political appeal of the new dynasty?The third chapter takes the different locality separatist powers as the research object,.Through the process of the separatist regime in different regions,On the one hand,we can explore the social reality of different regions where different regimes are located.On the other hand,we can observe the process of the conflict and integration of different regional political experiences through the political events within the different locality separatist powers.The fourth chapter focuses on the regional policy of Tang regime and discusses the transformation,improvement process and sources political experience.of regional strategy of Tang regime through different materials.At the same time,the relationship between li Tang's regional policy and Sui dynasty is also the focus of this chapter.
