Regional environment is the prerequisite for the formation of human culture and is closely related to the formation and development of art.Human's aesthetic appreciation of color is a reflection of the objective living environment.Therefore,to study the regionalism of color in oil paintings,it is necessary to study the formation and development of the aesthetic orientation of color in this region,and to deeply explore and study the regional culture of this region.Tibetan culture to colorific attributes and unique aesthetic orientation was mainly affected by the local characteristic of the regional culture,under the influence of geographical environment and the humanities culture for a long time of five colours generally reflected in Tibetan costumes,painting,architecture,and religion in the symbolic meaning is different,each has its own characteristics,the incisively and vividly reflects the Tibetan unique cultural connotation of regional color.Different cultures and living environments have created different color aesthetics,and the regional color of Tibetan oil paintings has been explored from the Tibetan regional environment and cultural culture.Colour is the soul of the painting,which is the most can express and present subjects spiritual and cultural connotation of medium,because of the characteristic of the regional features of the expression of theme paintings have different cultural connotation and value,so the oil painting color of the Tibetan regional can clearly express the nation's memory,expression of Tibetan traditional culture value and the cultural identity of the creator.This paper mainly takes the region of the Tibetan oil painting color of Yu Xiaodong as the research entry point.The region includes two aspects of nature and humanity.The region of the color research is based on the five colors commonly used in the local Tibetan social life.According to Yu Xiaodong's life experience in Tibet for 13 years,this paper analyzes the essence of the regional and cultural heritage of the Tibetan nationality.Through the distinctive regional characteristics and subjective creativity of oil paintings,he created a color language with regional and cultural characteristics of the Tibetan nationality,so that his tibetan-themed oil paintings have a strong regional character in color,presenting strong,gorgeous and unrestrained color characteristics.In the process of writing the paper,the author interviewed and communicated with the painter Yu Xiaodong for many times,which not only provided me with many pictures of his works,but also carefully described his real feelings and creative thoughts when he created these subjects.His oil paintings are every milestone in his artistic road,and they all lay a solid foundation for his hardships and feelings on the road of art.The expression of color by the Tibetan people all reflects that the Tibetan people have clear regional cultural connotation and unique aesthetic orientation towards color.Taking Yu Xiaodong Tibetan topics canvas colour as a starting point,the features on the Tibetan plateau to the regional analysis of color and theme conclude that Tibetan subject in regional oil painting color is the most can express and present subjects of emotional,mental,and the connotation of regional culture,and explore the color in the paintings express feelings at the same time,should clear aesthetic orientation and spiritual connotation,regional culture should be the theme of the painting expression corresponds to express the artist's emotional sustenance.The color of oil painting is an important way for the painter to express his emotional sustenance.Making full use of the characteristics of color is the key factor for the painter to show his feelings,and it can also reflect the cultural connotation and artistic value of the painting.The regionalism of color brings new ideas and inspirations to Tibetan artists,and has certain academic value and practical significance.
