On the basis of the old system of the Jin Dynasty,the imperial system was compiled by combining the legal systems of the Tang,Liao and Song dynasties.Under the promotion of Jin Xizong sinicization reform,"The law of Guard" came into being.The jin dynasty's "The law of Guard" began by forbidding the princes from wearing swords to enter the palace.Its purpose was to manage the people coming in and out of the palace and establish a strict court order.As the ruling aristocrat of Jurchen,the power group of the prince not only stabilized the rule of the Jin Dynasty,but also contended with the imperial power and even threatened the imperial power.Wei ban important official posts for the control of the Wanyan family,Following the state system of the Han nationality,Jurchen,established a generation of powerful autocratic monarchy centralized political system,which greatly enhanced the imperial power.The Jin Dynasty mainly selected and appointed officials through the imperial examination system and fierce security and restraint,and formed a system of Guard officials centering on the spot inspection of the front of the temple.The duty of this system is to ensure the stability of the imperial power and the safety of the court and the emperor himself.As an organic structure of the absolute monarchy in ancient China,the imperial guard power is not only a necessary condition for maintaining the normal operation of the absolute monarchy,but also an important factor to destroy the system.The killing of three monarchs in the Jin Dynasty was indirectly related to the late formation of the "The law of Guard" in the Jin Dynasty and the weakness of the imperial power.Guard has not yet formed a system and institutionalization,The lack of unified scheduling and management of the agency,once out of the control of the emperor,will become an important factor threatening the emperor's personal safety.The regime established by the northern nationalities had a great influence on the development of China's political system.As one of the nationalities in northern China,the Jurchen nationality has both the common characteristics and its own particularity.The Jin Dynasty's "The law of Guard" provided the later generations with experience and lessons in the process from initial creation to perfection.
