The Ming Dynasty,which established in 1368,not only in the culture purse the Chinese departmentalism policy of "expel the intruder,and restore China ",but also imitate the Han,Tang,Song dynasty,follow the God's will and learn to the ancient in the political system.It aims to restore the Zhou system which remains thousands of years of Confucian ideal political system,to reconstruct a state power structure in the form of absolute imperial power.But the paradox which existed in the Hongwu style also makes a foreshadowing of the transformation of Ming Dynasty in political culture and political system.And it is just that what make the after Hongwu dynasty always be broken.With the appearance of civil official and the special Confucian eunuch,the two track system which represented by the cabinet and silijian was formally established in the middle of Ming Chenghua period.In the new political system,the imperial power gradually retreated behind the scenes,and the Ritual form was becoming more and more apparent.The imperial power was restricted by various forces in the political system,not only from the civil official,but also from the eunuch group.At the same time,the independent public opinion environment also makes the imperial faces a political Confucianism,and the old Hongwu style began to get into trouble.In this situation,the imperial power had to use the passive means such as violence suppress and leave in politics to passively respond to the various checks and balances from the political system.In the middle and late Ming Dynasty,the imperial power had gone to decline.In order to prevent the decline,both the emperor himself and the central institutions of the two tracks began a political change,to restore political dominance and the Hongwu political style.But all this change has failed under the tight control mechanism.The failure of the reform accelerated the collapse of the authority of the Ming Dynasty,which represented by the imperial power and the cabinet.The despotism of Ming Dynasty began collapse and the the liberal political became folld and disorder.The inner party struggles alienation has appeared,which led directly to the late Ming national shortage and the inefficiency in political.The decay of imperial power in late Ming Dynasty also contributed to the development of social culture in Ming dynasty,the self centered humanism thought began to sprout,and China was in the bud of another social transformation since the Tang and Song dynasties.And the fluctuation of the imperial power in Ming Dynasty reflected the objective historical needs of the political system transformation since the Tang and Song Dynasties.Although the change to the new political system from the old political system in the Ming Dynasty has failed,it also can show that the ancient China which centered by the traditional politics still has the value to make reexamination,discussion and reflection.
