| With the rapid development of global,English has become one of the communication tools in our daily life,and plays an increasing role in our society.However,teaching in high school isn’t satisfied with everyone,especially reading,and students’ application ability of reading needs to be cultivated.Thus,the author make efforts to explore the status quo and current questions for English reading in senior high school under the context new curriculum reform based on requirements of national English Curriculum standards for general high school(2017)and the author puts forward a teaching pattern for promoting development of English reading teaching in high school.The guided learning plan is a teaching process that the guided-learning plan made by teachers in advance,students learn relevant teaching contents before class,and teachers evaluate what the students have previewed,making them learn to think,and after class,training is consolidated,so as to improve combination students’ knowledge with reading ability.From the perspective of empirical research,the two classes grade two are taken as the object study with the number of students 90 in San Ya and Class 6,Grade 2 will be selected as the experimental class to apply the teaching model based on the guided learning plan to English reading class,and Class 7,Grade 2,will be the traditional teaching class in order to verify the effectiveness of the teaching model based on the guided learning plan and put forward feasible advice.This paper is aimed at answering the following three problems:1.What is the staus quo of English reading learning in senior high school?Whether a research on the application of the teaching model based on guided learning plan to English reading teaching is feasible in senior high school or not?2.How to construct a specific guided –learning plan to English reading teaching in senior high school and apply it to teaching practice?3.whether a research on the application of the teaching model based on guided learning plan to English reading teaching is efficient in senior high school or not?First,Before the experiment,the author survey the current status quo of English reading teaching in senior high school by interviewing teachers and students to verify the feasibility of the guided learning plan.Moreover,executing a four-mouth comparative experiment is in two tested classes by using different teaching models.The former is the guided learning plan,the latter is traditional teaching model.After the experiment,two classes will be post-reading test by adopting SPSS22.0 and excel to analyze data to know about whether the guided-learning plan is efficient.Finally,conducting interview three students of the experimental class aims to examine the attitude、acceptance and effort for students to application of guided learning plan.Based on the research results of this paper,we can conclude that First of all,it is feasible to apply the teaching model based on guided learning plan to English reading teaching in senior high school.Secondly,in senior high school English reading teaching,specific guided learning plan to English reading teaching can be constructed and applied to teaching practice;Finally,it is practical and effective to apply the guided teaching plan to English reading teaching in senior high school,mainly reflecting in learning interest,reading skills,reading scores and so on. |
