Abstract/Summary:
Because of his patriotism,Pan-Slavism and religious belief,he has a strong sense of national identity,so in addition to being a well-known master of new art,he is also a national artist,with strong national characteristics in his artistic creation.However,due to the great commercial success achieved in France and other places and the gorgeous decorative art style under the new art movement,people often neglect the background color of this national artist Influenced by the history,culture and religion of Czechoslovakia’s struggle for national independence,Mucha used many symbolic elements in his works in Paris,which to some extent revealed his Slavic national identity.On this point,including the experience of Mucha’s personal life and the evaluation of people around him.When Mucha decided to give up the commercial creation in Paris and create the painting of national art Slavic epic,he returned to his motherland and made his contribution to the national independence of Czechoslovakia.Under the control of the Austrian government,through the use of their own poster creation to unite and call on Mrs.SRA,through the use of symbolic elements,combined with the red,white and blue tricolor representing Czechoslovakia,as well as the appearance characteristics and folk art of Slavs,many national arts have been created.After Czechoslovakia gained national independence,he created a series of public goods designs,donations of Slavic epic works and the final unfinished works for the country free of charge.All kinds of Mucha are showing Slavic national art to his compatriots and the world.
