In the fierce international competition,the role of culture is getting more and more important.Its prosperity and development is vital to the destiny of a country,based on which a nation can survive.The national prosperity depends on the cultural prosperity and the national strength depends on the strong culture.With the fierce competition of comprehensive national strength,our country constantly adjusts the strategy of cultural development.The thought of cultural power reflects that culture has risen to the level of national strategy,and it's very important to the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.However,with the rapid development of economy,China's economic strength is gradually improving.The cultural soft power has not kept up with the economic development,as a result,there are inevitable problems during the process of the construction of cultural power.This makes it necessary for us to deal scientifically with the construction of China's socialist cultural power,and correctly deal with the problems in the construction of socialist cultural power.Only by solving the problem can the construction of cultural power move towards a new journey.Under the background China's new era,this paper carries on the thorough research to the construction of China's cultural power by adopting the literature research method,the method of reductive summing-up and the method of integrating theory with practice,under the guidance of the Marxism cultural view.On the premise of consulting a large number of relevant documents at home and abroad,this paper firstly gives a profound illustration of the connotation and characteristics of Marxist cultural view and the connotation and characteristics of cultural power,and combs the relationship between Marxist cultural view and the construction of cultural power.Secondly,it discusses the historical evolution and the significance of cultural power as well as the achievements and problems in the construction of cultural power.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the construction of cultural power,this paper puts forward the construction path,which is the focus of the paper.Specifically speaking,under the guidance of Marxist cultural view,taking Chinese excellent traditional culture as the source,it aims at achieving the purpose of cultivating national cultural identity and establishing cultural self-confidence by means of cultural industry,talent team construction and network,thus putting forward reasonable suggestions for the construction ofcultural power.
