Study On The Psychological And Behavioral Intervention Of Agricultural Workers In Yangxuqiao Town,Shaoxing City

China’s agricultural development is in a period of modernization transition,and the psychological behavior of agricultural practitioners has changed with the deepening of the market economy,but not all the transformation of psychological behavior from traditional to modern is in line with the development of the market economy.The psychological behavior of agricultural practitioners in some respects is contrary to the development of a modern market,and to some extent affects the development of modern agriculture.In order to understand the current psychological behavior of agricultural employees more clearly,let the market and enterprises understand the modern psychological characteristics of agricultural employees’ psychological behavior.Fundamentally,actively guide the benign social and psychological development of agricultural practitioners,let agricultural practitioners voluntarily accept modernization ideas,and change their own behaviors to promote the development of benign,healthy,and sustainable Chinese modern agriculture.In the early stage of this article,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the psychological behavior of agricultural workers in Yangxunqiao Town,Shaoxing City by questionnaires.From the aspects of agricultural practitioners’ consumption,employment,cooperation,new technology adoption,etc.,and using the literature method,data statistics method,logic analysis method for analysis.According to analysis and theoretical research,with the deepening of reforms,the psychological behavior of agricultural employees is in a benign development,that is,most of them are willing to enter the city for employment and compete in the city;they are willing to participate in cooperative organizations to seek more development opportunities;Optimistic attitude.However,negative psychology also exists in terms of consumption,production,and new technologies,that is,consumption tends to a savings-based consumption model,and excess money is stored for old-age care and children;in production,more choices are made to grow food,and new technologies are adopted to wait and see and follow the crowd attitude.On the whole,the modern social psychological behavior of agricultural employees in Shaoxing City is in benign development,and it is gradually replacing the traditional smallholder consciousness.The psychology of adapting to the modern market economy has been formed and slowly matures.Based on the analysis of the current psychological behavior of agricultural workers inYangxunqiao Town,Shaoxing City,the overall characteristics of the psychological behavior of agricultural workers in Yangxunqiao Town are characterized by the enhancement of individual autonomy and the coexistence of multiple identities,and the openness and conservatism of psychology.,Competitive and enterprising and blindly compare their characteristics.Combining the geographical advantages of Yangxunqiao Town,Shaoxing City,and the current development policies and implementation status of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,based on the characteristics and advantages of social psychology directly influencing social behaviors,the corresponding intervention countermeasures are proposed,mainly including that psychological behaviors require social productivity and material and cultural protection;Cultural high-quality social psychology guidance;promote large-scale industry management;weaken negative psychological awareness and promote the conversion of negative psychology to positive psychology;pay attention to the role of external forces and strengthen positive psychology;integrate positive psychology and promote the healthy development of agriculture,rural areas and other aspects,Give full play to the government’s due guidance,supervision,coordination,cooperation,and security.Within the framework of the government’s regulation,cooperative organizations,enterprises,educational institutions,and individuals participating in a variety of responsibilities,coordination,and unified coordination,the agricultural workers’ psychological goals are more specific,their behaviors are clearer,their plans are more effective,and their implementation is more convenient.The harvest is more significant,to ensure the effective operation of agricultural workers,to use psychological influence behavior,and to explore new ideas for promoting the healthy development of agricultural workers.
