Pupil school responsibility refers to the discipline that pupils have about themselves in the school environment, aware of its responsibility to others and relationships at school.a willingness to invest emotionally for the benefit of the teacher, classmates and the school class as a whole,to put words into action and to bear the consequences. The National Programmer for Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)has included the theme of "Striving to enhance students' sense of social responsibility to serve the people of the country" as an important strategic theme of education reform, which has undoubtedly pushed student responsibility education to a new level. The formation of a student's sense of social responsibility does not happen overnight;it is formed gradually in the process of undertaking social responsibility. And it is in primary school that individuals truly begin to take on social responsibility, and primary school is the beginning of the student's real journey into society. Therefore, school responsibility for primary school students can be seen as the beginning of a sense of social responsibility for primary school students.Whether primary school students can develop a sense of school responsibility is directly related to whether they can have a sense of social responsibility to serve the country and its people when they become adults. In the light of this,it is urgent to investigate the current state of school responsibility among primary school students in the country and to develop effective training on this basis. All of which is inseparable from a credible and effective tool for measuring school accountability among primary schoolchildren,However, there is currently a lack of a set of measurement tools suitable for measuring the sense of responsibility of our primary school children.Through literature analysis, expert discussion and interviews with primary school students and teachers, this study determines the theoretical structure and indicator system of primary school students' sense of school responsibility;scale development is carried out through existing entries and self-edited entries based on interviews;items are screened and censored to form a formal scale based on interview test results, predicted item analysis and exploratory factor analysis results. It was found that the structure of school responsibility among primary school students was a first-order three-factor correlation model, which were: school responsibility perception, school responsibility emotion, and school responsibility behavior. The School Accountability Scale for Elementary School Students has 3 dimensions and 13 items, with internal consistency confidence levels ranging from 0.71 to 0.88 for each dimension and an overall Cronbach's confidence factor of 0.83.The structural validity of the scale was good, and the fit indices for validation factor analysis were ?2/df=2.421,RMSEA=0.062,GFI=0.944,NNFI=0.935,CFI=0.948,IFI=0.949,NFI=0.916.This indicates that the School Responsibility Scale for Primary School Students developed in this study can better measure the school responsibility of primary school students and can be used as an effective tool to assess the school responsibility of primary school students.
