Analysis Of The Stage Image Creation Of Chen Xianzhang In The National Musical "Xiang Yu"

The national musical "Xiangyu" is a project funded by the National Art Foundation in 2018.It is a Henan localized national musical created by screenwriter and director Peng Zhong,who inherited the concept of "three combinations" of the famous vocal educator Wu Xiuzhi The "Xiangyu" drama includes a variety of singing methods such as Western Bel Canto,nationality,and popular,and integrates elements such as the Yu Opera board cavity.The pioneer of national musical music,and strive to inject the national blood into the modern musical,take the national road,take the road of innovation.The author was fortunate to participate in the project of the national musical "Xianyu",played the role of Chen Xianzhang in the play,and participated in the whole process from the preliminary preparation to the final presentation of the whole play.I was attracted by the unique charm of this role.As a research object,the role of Chen Xianzhang attempts to analyze the artistic characteristics and charisma of Chen Xianzhang from multiple angles.The article is divided into three parts: introduction,body and conclusion.In the introduction,this article explains the purpose of writing from three aspects.1.The birth of a new classic is decided by innovative creative thinking.2.The unique charm of the role and the reason why I chose the topic.3.The importance of stage practice for the actor growth.The body is divided into four parts.Part one: Briefly summarize the story background of the national musical "Xianyu",and make a concrete analysis of its practical significance.Part two: Analyze the character image of Chen Xianzhang,elaborate from the two dimensions of reality and drama,prototype characters rooted in reality,and discover the unique artistic charm of the stage characters.Part three: Discuss the author’s process of shaping Chen Xianzhang.Focus on detailed analysis from the two aspects of role performance(language,action)and classic vocals.Part four: The author’s experience and gains after playing Chen Xianzhang.From the perspective of stage practice,analyze the problems concerning stage survival and Dramatic musical works processing when actors are shaping roles,and ask myself to keep in mind that challenges and growth coexist.Conclusion part: This section is a concluding chapter that summarizes some of the author’s deficiencies and experience in completing the stage presentation,and advocates the importance of stage practice to the professional study of drama performance.I hope this article can contribute a little to the innovation and development of Chinese musicals.
