Research On The Teaching Of Chinese Traditional Festival Diet Culture In Chinese Teaching In Thailand

With the rapid development and prosperity of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages,more and more scholars and Chinese teachers begin to pay attention to cultural teaching,When teaching Chinese culture in Thailand,Chinese traditional festivals diet culture was gradually valued by Chinese teachers and students because of its typicality and representativeness.It not only contains China's distinct and unique national culture,way of thinking and behavior,but also has long been spread and popular in Thailand for historical reasons.In addition,many Confucius institutes(classrooms)and schools in Thailand have a tradition of holding cultural activities and celebrations during traditional Chinese festivals.Therefore,the teaching of Chinese traditional festivals food culture in Thai Chinese teaching has become a problem worthy of research and discussion.According to the research,although the teaching of Chinese traditional festivals diet culture has the advantages of rich teaching content,diverse teaching forms and easy acceptance by students,However,after summarizing and analyzing the current situation of traditional festival diet culture teaching by means of literature research and questionnaire survey,it is found that problems exist in the teaching,such as failing to consider the learning needs of teaching objects,single teaching content and form,and insufficient students' learning.And the causes of the existing problems are analyzed.On this basis,the study puts forward the following teaching Suggestions on the traditional Chinese festivals diet culture in Thailand: first,the selection of teaching contents,including basic language knowledge,knowledge of festivals and food culture,comparison of Chinese and Thai festivals diet culture and cross-cultural communication knowledge.The second is to follow the teaching principles,including the principle of diversity,the principle of highlighting key points,the principle of gradual progress and the principle of equality.The third is the choice of teaching methods,including comparative teaching method,experiential teaching method and interesting teaching method.Under the guidance of the teaching Suggestions,the last part of the paper carries out the teaching practice with the theme of traditional festival diet culture,involves the classroom teaching and the holding of cultural activities,and puts forward the teaching feedback for the teaching practice.
