Time Perception

The so-called "time as flowing water" is a brief explanation of the characteristics of time in popular discourse.It is endless and eternal,but in the end,it is inevitable to explore the essence of the meaning of "different ways to the same end," as Qu Yuan said in "Li Sao","The sun and the moon do not drown,the Spring and autumn of its generation preface." Day and night keep overlapping,never stop;The Spring and autumn seasons are constantly changing,and there is no stopping them.The Western philosopher Henri Bergson believed that "time stretches.".He believes that people can not simply link time and space,and calls for more attention to self-perception.Starting with Henri Bergson's concept of time,this paper explores the influence of sensory perception on creation.Through Henri Bergson's concept of "time is duration",this paper discusses the sense experience of time in materials.The original intention of the design is to show the embodiment and materialization of psychological time in the creation,aiming to return to the original intention,to separate from absolute reason,to feel life and time with the simplest human intuition,exploring diversified emotional output and artistic experience.This paper expounds the presentation of time experience in ceramic works.From the philosophical concept of time to start with the art of ceramic techniques to show its characteristics.The aim is to express the intuitive feeling of time and the expression of time in ceramic materials.
