| Praise to the Prairie is a large symphonic chorus composed by Mongolian composer Yong Rubu(composition)and Chinese poetry association director Chen Guanglin(composition)to celebrate the 60 th anniversary of the founding of Inner Mongolia autonomous region.The work consists of nine movements,each movement around the theme of "prairie" from different levels,from different angles to express the praise and praise of the prairie.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the main content of this paper consists of four chapters.The first chapter mainly studies the image building of the theme and the language characteristics of the melody of Praise to the Prairie,including the content and development of the theme of each movement of Praise to the Prairie,the penetration of the core tone,the language of folk songs and the combination of language phonology and melody.The second chapter studies the musical structure of Praise to the Prairie,explores the overall structural layout of Praise to the Prairie and the structural principles used by the composer in each movement.The third chapter studies the techniques of Chinese and western composition techniques in Praise to the Prairie,including the use of national modes in the melody and the expression of Chinese and western polyphonic languages.The fourth chapter mainly studies the symphonic language of Praise to the Prairie orchestra,including the analysis of the composition and overall tone layout of the symphony orchestra in each movement,the intensification of the sound color of the symphony orchestra,and the analysis of the use and tone expression of national instruments.An in-depth study of Praise to the Prairie will reveal a large number of Mongolian musical elements contained in the work.In the core tone and the image of the theme of music,the composer incorporates the inner Mongolian style of tone and folk song language.In terms of singing style and lyrics,the Mongolian long-tune and short-tune singing method are combined with Chinese lyrics to maintain the characteristics of the original singing style and show the beauty of Chinese language phonology;In terms of composition technology,it not only flexibly uses the Chinese and western multi-tone music creation techniques,but also incorporates the structural elements of chaoerdao in the traditional Mongolian music genre in the form principle;In the symphony orchestra’s instruments,the Ma Touqin,a folk instrument,is added to enrich the expression of musical color.From the above aspects,the genre,style characteristics and other contents of Mongolian music permeate the surface of the symphonic chorus form of Praise to the Prairie,which makes the works have national,artistic and contemporary characteristics. |
