As one of the world's four famous ancient capitals,the birthplace of Chinese civilization,and the eastern starting point of the silk road under the framework of "One Belt And One Road",xi 'an has always been a place where people from all over the world know China and aspire to learn Chinese.However,the current situation of the Chinese language training market in xi 'an cannot well meet the growing demand for training,especially there are many problems in private Chinese language training institutions,which hinder their further development.This article was based on the attention to private Chinese language training market,run by the local Chinese training institutions in xi 'an area as the research object,using literature study,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,interview method as the main research method,based on students' humanism theory,the PDCA cycle theory and the demand for training theory as the research foundation,obtained from the results of the survey data statistics,analysis,and discusses the xi 'an area private teaching status of Chinese training institution,refining its existing problems and reasons,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.In order to help the private Chinese language training industry to pay attention to the improvement of teaching quality,pay attention to the training of teachers' professional quality and comprehensive ability,strengthen the management of the private Chinese language training institutions,so as to promote the overall competitiveness of the private Chinese language training institutions in the Chinese language training market.The research of this paper is based on the investigation of the teaching status of private Chinese language training institutions in xi 'an,which is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,focusing on the topic background,research significance,research methods,theoretical basis and literature review,from the overall grasp of the development status of this research in China.The second chapter introduces the general situation of the development of private Chinese language training institutions in xi 'an,mainly analyzes their development foundation,development advantages and development constraints,and analyzes the basic development scale and trend of this research.The third chapter investigates the teaching status of private Chinese language training institutions in xi 'an,and makes a multiangle survey of students,teachers,teaching resources and management,as well as statistics and analysis of data to extract the existing problems.Chapter four,based on the investigation and analysis,points out the problems in teaching and teaching management of private Chinese language training institutions in xi 'an and analyzes the causes of the problems by using the theories of humanism,PDCA cycle and demand training.The fifth chapter aims at the existing problems according to the PDCA cycle theory of "plan-do-check-act" mode,from the teaching plan,the use of teaching resources to organize the implementation,the teaching process of inspection and supervision,improve teaching methods and strengthen the construction of teaching evaluation system development countermeasures.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the research,and points out the shortcomings of the research and the prospect of the future.At present,there is a lack of research on the teaching status of private Chinese language training institutions in the central and western regions of China.The value of this paper is that it makes up for the shortage of this research perspective and provides a reference value and basis for the government to make decisions in the training market of xi'an.
