With the domestic private Chinese language training institutions runstart-ups, considering the demand for teachers and students and the futuredevelopment of space, it has become the first selection of internship andemployment to the students. At the same time we focus on thedevelopment of Chinese language education, the status of Chinese traininginstitutions, the talent demand and its developing trend. So the authorparticipated in the2013Jilin University graduate students summer socialpractice, as a project leader to carry out “The research of the ten privateChinese language training institutions of four cities in the northeast ", dothe visiting research in Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang, and Dalian.In this paper, we take the above research as the basis, expanding thescope of the study to eight cities and25training institutions, through theinvestigation and analysis, we sums up the perfect private Chineselanguage training institutions which could satisfy the needs of thedevelopment. It should have professional Chinese language courses, thesenior professors, a wide range of communication and training platform,rich traditional culture activities, high-quality of college practicebase,long-term cooperation projects, enough opportunities of teachingoverseas,the standardized teaching management pattern, elegantenvironment, advanced teaching equipment and positive publicity strategy. This paper based on plenty of survey data to fill the gaps in the field, aswell as the detailed analysis and prospect will contribute for the promotionof Chinese as a foreign language.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction,including the selected topic origin, selected topic significance, literaturereview, research objects and research methods.It emphasized that theresearch subject of this paper consists of two aspects, one is the teachingChinese as a foreign language, one is the teacher training of Chinese as aforeign language, the research subject is on the basis of the researchcontent.The second part discussed about teaching Chinese as a foreignlanguage, including the teaching object, teaching content, teachingmaterial and teaching methods, refining its problems, analyzing itsrestriction factors, and put forward the development suggestions.The third part discussed about teacher training of Chinese as aforeign language, the object of teaching, the qualification examination andteaching contents,practice teaching, teaching overseas has carried on theinvestigation and analysis, and the second part of the structure is basicallythe same.Based on the above analysis, the fourth part expounds its developingtrend, including the teaching Chinese as a foreign language and teachertraining, and the prospect of HeiLongJiang, JiLin, LiaoNing region. The fifth part is the epilogue,the development of teaching Chinese asa foreign language in the northeast is relatively weak, the students ofChinese international education is not suitable for a job in the short term inthe area;Chinese teacher training will be developed into a "training,examination, selection-sent" to cultivate the teacher of teaching Chinese,and it will become the pillar of the private Chinese training institutions inthe region.Teaching body is balance in HeiLongJiang;Training institutionsare widely distributed, and they will expand gradually along with thedevelopment of the colleges and universities in JiLin; Training brand willdominant the market of teaching Chinese as a foreign language inLiaoNing.The private Chinese language training institutions in thenortheast as a whole presents the advantages and problems, and it will bein the primary stage of development for a long time, this sunrise industrywill face great opportunities and challenges.
