Mongolia is located in the north of China, the south of Russia, is a country located in Central Asia, so the impact of the two neighboring countries of Russia and China. In twentieth Century, Russia had a great influence on Mongolia, so it was a lot of people who studied Russian in Mongolia as a second language. Since the beginning of twenty-first Century, the situation has changed, with the development of Chinese hot in Mongolia, the Chinese and English as the second language of the Mongolian more and more. Therefore, private language training institutions in Ulan Bator City, Mongolia City, a year more than a year, of which Chinese language training institutions are not in the minority. Used to be a good Chinese talent can only be achieved by institutions of higher education and language learning system, now go to Chinese training institutions of high quality, good quality can also achieve this desire. Private language training institution is effective complement to traditional Chinese learning path, to meet Mongolia growing Chinese learning needs, also in some degree helps to enhance the nation of Mongolia in the Chinese language teaching and training level. Private Chinese training institutions is an emerging industry in Mongolia, is the new things.At present of Mongolia private language training there is almost no research, the author hopes to investigate these Chinese training institutions, information of the basic situation, the scale of development, operating mechanism, human resources and other aspects of investigations and analysis to explore the and find out the Mongolian Chinese language training institutions of the characteristics and advantages, find existing problems, put forward the corresponding suggestions, so as to improve the level and quality of private language training institution running to make a meaningful exploration.The full text is divided into five chapters:the first chapter is the introduction, including the background and significance, literature review, research object and research methods etc.. The second chapter is Mongolia major private language training institution overview and investigation and analysis, and mainly introduces the Chinese training institutions "Confucius Education Center", "Mandarin" and "Gegee (light)" short-term Chinese training institutions currently in the Mongolian state representative of Chinese training machine structure. The third chapter is Mongolia’s private language trainingMechanism of comprehensive analysis on operation mode and management mode, curriculum system, teaching management, human resources and teachers, government guidance and education policy and financial betting and social forces to participate in comparative analysis.The fourth chapter is the Mongolia private Chinese training institutions running status and social satisfaction questionnaire, the fifth chapter is Mongolia’s private Chinese training institutions construction suggestions. This paper is to provide a reference for Chinese private training institutions in Mongolia, make some exploration and contribution to the work of Chinese international education.
