| The purpose of humanities documentary is to record people’s life,show people’s living state and spiritual outlook,reflect the relationship between people and society,with strong humanity and sociality.In order to realize its humanistic value,the key of humanistic documentary lies in the shaping of character image,which is the most direct and powerful evidence to convey the theme and value of a documentary.Using appropriate shooting and narrative methods to shape the internal and external images of the characters,highlight the characters’ character,show the characters’ character,explore the characters’ inner heart,so as to excavate the cultural connotation of the images from the perspective of humanity,highlight the humanistic spirit,and spread positive social values.Since the beginning of the new century,the creators of the humanities documentary began to focus on the common people,pay attention to the living conditions of the common people,pay attention to their spiritual outlook,truly express their concern for “people”,and highlight the core of the humanities spirit in the humanities documentary.As a cultural symbol of Mount Tai,the heavers in mountain Tai is a common group engaged in physical labor,but it has received little attention and even faces the dilemma of disappearing.When general secretary Xi Jinping visited Shandong in 2018,the important speech on a heaver on Mount Tai aroused widespread concern of all walks of life in the whole society,and set off the upsurge of learning the spirit of the heaver,so that the spirit of the heaver on Mount Tai carries a new connotation in the new era and brings forth new vitality.It is the inheritance of traditional culture and national spirit to record the life of the mountain heavers with images,to remodel the image of the mountain heavers and to carry forward the spirit of the mountain heavers.At present,there are few films and TV works about the heaver,and there is no research on the image building of the heaver.The literature about the image of the heaver is still in the field of literature,such as prose of Feng Jicai named "The Heaver" and Reportage of Xu Jingeng named "The Backbone of Walking".Therefore,this paper aims to sort out the information and discussion about the image building of the heaver,combining with the author’s records Thecreation experience of the film,from the aspects of humanistic connotation,narrative strategy and audio-visual application,expounds and summarizes the experience and strategy of the image shaping of the heaver in the humanistic documentary,hoping to play an active role in the inheritance of the culture and spirit of the "Heaver" in Mount Tai through this study.I am divided into four chapters to study the shaping of the image of the Heaver:In the first chapter,the concept of "humanities documentary" and "character image building" is introduced.On this basis,the general situation of the image building of the heaver is combed.The second chapter is the key content of this paper,mainly discusses the humanistic value of the image building of the heaver.This chapter discusses how to transfer the humanistic spirit in the charm of character,and puts the group in the context of culture,combining the relationship between special groups and regional culture to explore the transfer of humanistic spirit.At last,the paper expounds the social identity of the spirit of a heaver on Mount Tai by discussing the influence of the spirit of “mountain heaver” on individuals,society and country.The third chapter expounds the construction strategy of the shaping of the mountain heaver from the narrative level.This chapter discusses the role of narrative in the characterization from three aspects: narrative,narrative perspective and narrative structure,combined with the author’s own graduation works.The fourth chapter,summarizes the audio-visual language skills which are suitable for the image building of the heaver.It includes the importance of equal and mutual trust shooting perspective in shaping real characters,the functions of various scenes in shaping different levels of the image of the heaver,the special significance of the long shot and the follow shot,and the rendering of the characters’ emotions by the living simultaneous sound and music. |
