Research On Humanistic Documentaries About Chinese Cuisine

This thesis explores the connotation of humanity documentary through the food documentary represented by "China on the tip of the tongue",which uses documentary storytelling to describe and explore the truth,goodness and beauty contained in Chinese food culture.The natural nature of food determines that the documentary should explore the unique wisdom and scientific knowledge of traditional diets in terms of “seeking truth”;the social nature of food guides the documentary in the “goodwill” aspect to warm the home and ethics contained in Chinese food culture.With the feelings of the homeland;the artistic nature of the food encourages the documentary to focus on the aesthetic creation and the ingenuity of the ancestors in daily life and labor.The humanistic return of the Chinese documentary makes the food-like humanities documentary represented by "China on the tip of the tongue" familiar and acceptable to the audience.The humanistic turn of the food documentary has given the Chinese documentary market a new vitality.Therefore,this paper explores the humanistic connotation of the food documentary through the humanistic analysis,narrative analysis and artistic analysis of the humanistic record of the food,and interprets the documentary creator.How to use the narrative and artistic techniques to better convey the humanistic connotation,and thus find the success of the gourmet humanities documentary.The first chapter of this paper will explore the definition of the food documentary and its contents,so that there is a clear positioning and concept for the object of the paper.The second chapter analyzes the cultural connotation of the current humanities documentary from the humanities.The third chapter and the fourth chapter explore the humanistic construction of the gourmet documentary from the aspects of narrative and artistic expression.This paper aims to bring a certain reference to the creation of humanities documentary in China through the theoretical summary and aesthetic summary of the food subject record.
